Strategic Account Executive

Primary job functions:

  • Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling and other outbound activity
  • Conducting outbound calls to targeted businesses to open new partnerships and referral channel
  • Handling inbound sales and support calls as needed
  • Providing support for Senior Sales Team
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives consistently
  • Establishing a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Cultivating relationships with existing client-base to drive customer satisfaction

Required skills:

  • Experience in making outbound calls to generate leads and sales
  • Experience maintaining organized and thorough CRM data
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to foster customer relationships
  • Passion for the the web and an appreciation for user interfaces and design aesthetics
  • Basic knowledge of web design and e-commerce
  • Efficient at working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
